Honestly, I didn’t start this blog with a big plan. I started it because I was tired.
Tired of feeling out of shape.
Tired of following workouts that didn’t stick.
Tired of believing that fitness was only for people with six-packs and expensive gym memberships.

I’m not a certified trainer. I’m not a fitness guru.
I’m just a regular person who decided to stop waiting and start doing—at home, with whatever time, space, and energy I had.

This blog was never meant to be perfect.
No filters. No pressure. No fancy equipment.
Just simple, real workouts that normal people can actually do.

I’ve messed up plenty of times—skipped days, lost motivation, and started over more times than I can count.
But here’s what I’ve learned:

Showing up—even a little—is always better than giving up. Every single time.
